Big Surf West Coast IPA

7% ABV | IPAs with sturdy malt character and lasting bitterness used to be everywhere. Now they’re hard to find and we miss them. So we put this little (not so little) ditty together! Brewed with all the C hops around (dry hopped with more of the same and a bunch of Amarillo), this is full of citrus, resin and peach, followed by hints of cedar and sandalwood. Medium bodied with a dry, bitter finish making this extremely drinkable for the ABV.
