Wishbone Brewing is Norfolk County's newest craft brewery located in the historic building once home to the Dominion Telephone Company in Waterford, Ontario. It's situated on the Waterford Heritage Trail and Shadow Lake Park, and its patio boasts beautiful views of Shadow Lake and its surrounding green space. Wishbone aims to provide this vibrant community with a gathering place that brings the locals closer together and gives out-of-towners the authentic "Folkin'" experience over good conversation, fun special events, and—most especially—over delicious glasses of cold, locally-produced craft beer.
